FOB Poke Bar, my beloved. It's such a good value for the amount of food you get. The portions are large and the fish is fresh! Convenient for dining-in or pickup. Their poke bowls are on my regular meal rotation, especially if I'm having a low-battery day. I usually order ahead on their website and my order will be ready for pickup within 10 minutes. The customization options for the poke bowls allow for a lot of variety so you're sure to find something you like! The staff is very kind and efficient and there are lots of open seats at tables and bar-tops for dining in if you're in the mood to enjoy their air conditioned interior. NOTE: The line and wait is much longer during the office lunch rush. I recommend stopping by outside of peak business hours if you're in a hurry!

I could eat this every day! I love how quick and efficient the people that work here are. They have a really good coconut and green tea infused rice that I mix with fresh greens for my base. You get a lot of really fresh seafood and there are tons of toppings available. Nice and cool inside on a hot Seattle afternoon too Was a perfect place for a quick healthy dinner before walking over to the Chihuly Glass Museum.

Loved FOB Poke Bar in Bellevue! Saw lots of reviews for their Seattle location so I was glad they have one here. The variety of options available for building your poke bowl is impressive, making it easy to customize your meal to your liking. Unlimited toppings after the protein. One of the highlights of my visit was the self-serve miso soup station. It's such a thoughtful addition, allowing you to enjoy a warm, comforting bowl of miso soup alongside your poke. The ingredients at FOB Poke Bar are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and the service is quick.

It's very easy to get overstimulated in Seattle - a town with so many options for food. I decided to walk outside of the tourist area to this poke place woth good reviews. I thought I was walking towards the location with the contemporary setting and I ended up at the neighborhood joint that reminded me of a deli. I ordered my regular bowl with seared tuna, fob sauce and creamy lime dressing. I went pretty basic with my toppings, although, I wish I had added some extra cukes. It was delightful and fresh. Friendly service and plenty of seating was available.

This is a great place for a fast casual meal! We stopped by before a show at the Crocodile and it was perfect. Food was delicious. Build-your-own was set up like Chipotle. I'd definitely recommend reading through the toppings to figure out what you want first because they try to get you through the line quickly. There's a cooler with juices and sodas at the front.

I came here after visiting the Amazon Spheres. It's a short walk. I was surprised by the affordable prices compared to back home. I ordered the 3 scoop for 17.99 and chose yellowtail, salmon, and izumadai. Izumadai is not on any menus at Poke restaurants in Texas, but it is basically just a fresh water tilapia. After ordering your base, protein, amd sauce, there are still many toppings to add to your bowl. As far as drinks, they are mostly canned and bottled beverages, no soda fountain. After ordering, they have a machine to dispense hot miso soup; however, it wasn't working during my visit. Overall, my bowl was filling, fresh, and tasty. What more can you ask for? I guess that is why they have 3 locations.

Came during a weekday and they were doing some kind of sushi bar, pay by weight lunch special. It was actually a pretty good deal even if it was sushi instead of poke. They had a decent variety and I was able to fill a tray and eat a bunch of different sushi for about $10. The servers were constantly restocking and were able to answer questions. The ambiance felt very busy and more geared for take out as there's not too many spots to eat in.

I went to FOB Poke Bar for the first time with one of my friends who loves it, and understandably so. We went on a weekday evening, and it wasn't too busy so we were able to order and get our poke almost immediately. I thought all the employees were nice and efficient, and I was impressed that they could hear my friend and me both ordering at the same time and remember what toppings we respectively wanted. The menu is incredibly expansive, and although I don't have any dietary restrictions, I appreciated how there were so many vegan and vegetarian options. It's also a great place for new people to venture into seafood because they have cooked protein options. Unless there is a price next to something on the menu, it's complimentary. I loved how tofu, usually counted as one protein that you pay for, was a complimentary topping. For my poke, I got a half & half base of FOB rice and quinoa and couscous, most of the mix ins, a few of the sauces, two proteins, and most of the complimentary toppings. For the amount of food you get, the price point is amazing. There are a few tables and chairs for seating inside, and it's a pretty casual atmosphere. You bus your own food, and they have utensils and napkins on a counter nearby. I'd definitely come here again, just for the poke.

FOB Poke Bar is a delicious poke spot with a couple of locations throughout Seattle. They have unlimited toppings to choose from and I like the FOB rice, which is coconut and green tea infused jasmine rice. They also don't skim on your portions and really pack the bowl up, which is always a plus in my book. This location is right in downtown, so parking can be difficult. It's best if you can drop someone off to order your poke bowl. If you live nearby though, I would be doing multiple visits throughout the month!

Great value for the price! Very quick service, friendly staff, and quality ingredients. Straightforward and personalize-able menu to fit every individual's preference. I got a large bowl (3 proteins for $16.99) with salmon, yellowtail, and ahi tuna. Unlimited and free toppings (except the +0.50 avocado), which can really make the bowl heavy and worthwhile. I like adding chickpeas, broiled tofu, tamagoyaki, edamame, and (spicy) crabmeat for extra protein. I try to finish all the fish, leaving the tasty rice x toppings mixture as the perfect base for my next meal.
